Abelinda, the tortilla with onions is fine, or with chorizo, I donīt deny it, but surely the traditional version is just potatoes? |

e-mail Abelinda | I thought with onions was traditional!? Ahh well, you learn something new everyday! My Mum taught me to make it with onions so I always just assumed...

I may give it a whirl sin cebolla, see how it compares!
Agree about the supermarkets - you can get a massive bag for a couple of euros. They're not as good though!

e-mail Fringe | No idea where to get them from but I like the snails in a chorizo sausage and tomoto sauce. You get them in the shells and then pick them out with a cocktail stick. They taste quite nice!
