Hey,
I have recently had a lot of pain in my joints especially my knees. Can anyone recommend anything to help both medical and physical.

Hi, sorry to hear that you have this problem. I use glucosamine which I buy online from http://www.healthspan.co.uk/ UK doctors don´t prescribe it, but Spanish doctors do.
I find it has improved my ageing joints including a very old joint injury, and have never had a problem with payment or delivery.
Hope that helps

| My Dad uses cod liver oil. Not sure that's helped much as he's now having cortisone injections!

Hi I met a man on the bus on Friday last. He told me he suffered from 'artritis and reuma' very badly for 15 years. He is an artist and his hands are vital to him. He showed me his hands which were very flexible. He said his knees had given him great bother too. He started taking 4 cloves of garlic at lunchtime and other four cloves at dinner time and he has never looked back. He says he buys jars of garlic in oil in Corte Inglés. The green part in the middle of the garlic has been removed and so it doesn't smell badly or isn't unpleasant in any way. He jumped off the bus, smartly, at the Café Gijon and crossed the road quickly. The thing is he is 92 years old. He says he has been taking the garlic for twelve years now and he swears by it.
It's worth a try. Good luck! |
